The physical fitness wake-up call

I got back from a mountain hunt last fall absolutely destroyed...I used to be in better shape. This year I'm actually training year-round instead of showing up out of shape and suffering. What are you changing about your fitness approach in 2026?
 
I’m focusing on endurance and mobility so I can enjoy hunts without paying for past neglect
 
I work out like I'm training for a Spartan race. That seems to keep me in all around fitness. Kind of like cross-fit, but more running.
