What was the first firearm you ever shot?

I am curious to hear everyone’s stories, what was the very first firearm you ever shot and how did it go?

Mine was a beat-up .22 at my grandpa's farm. It was loud, but I'll never forget how excited I was

Baby Dragoon- cap and ball with my Dad maybe 1971 ish. Very cool to learn that process prior to more simplified guns.
Still have the gun but don't shoot it.
