It took me three range sessions to stop hating it, now I can't go back. The learning curve is real, you'll feel like you forgot how to shoot. But once it clicks? Faster target acquisition, better accuracy at distance and easier to track sights. It is worth the frustration phase!

That frustration phase is real, but once it clicks there’s no going back

I feel that it depends. I like them. I feel that they don't make me any faster, possibly slower, but once you go beyond 15-20 yards they shine. Such as 50 - 100 yards (or more) if you can find the range and the time to allow it.
