Had my rifle bedded and groups shrank

I was shooting okay before, but I got the action glass bedded and now it's consistently better. Not sure exactly why it works but it does. Has anyone done bedding work on their hunting rifles?

Amazing what proper bedding does. Eliminating movement really lets the rifle show its true potential.

I had one of my bolt-action rifles bedded and the accuracy got better right away. My groupings were tighter and I didn't have to re-zero after shooting for a while. I felt like I had more confidence when getting ready for hunting season.

Yeah I’ve had a couple rifles bedded, always tightened groups and made consistency more predictable.
