Christmas morning routine

At my house growing up, we opened presents whenever we woke up, no rules. At my wife's family, there's a whole production...it is breakfast first, everyone dressed nice, photos, then presents in a specific order. It's exhausting!!! What's your family's morning flow? Chaotic or structured?
