I've been wondering about binary triggers in South Dakota. I recently moved here and I've heard mixed opinions. Some folks say they’re fine, while others act like it’s a big no-no. You’re good to go.I actually got one, the Franklin Armory BFSIII, on a weekend gun and it is an absolute blast. The reason you’re hearing conflicting talk is probably just people mixing up our laws with other states, or worrying about the feds changing their mind. But right now, South Dakota has no state law that bans them, so they are not classified as a machine gun here.If you’re gonna drop the cash, just make sure your local range doesn't have some weird rule about rapid fire, cause these things can get cooking pretty quick. Otherwise, enjoy it, man! We got good freedoms out here
