What do y'all think about keeping ramen in the prep stash? Yeah, I know it ain't the most nutrient-packed option, but it's cheap, fills you up, and has some solid shelf life.

I've got a few cases tucked away, but I'm curious—how long do they really last after the date? Also, is there a better way to store them than just leaving the packs in the box?

Anyone here regularly rotate ramen or have tips to jazz it up a bit for long-term use? Seems like they hang around longer than the expiration says.

Don't know how to store it for the long term other than to vacuum seal it.

As far as jazzing it up for nutrients, we like to add carrots, celery, chopped up hotdogs and egg drops. Beat an egg and drop in in through a slotted spoon.
