Using 12 gauge and 20 gauge for upland birds

I'll never forget my first hunting experience with a 12 gauge. Each bird that flew sent a jolt through me and I tired out fast. When I switched to a 20 gauge, I could hunt all morning but I had to be a better shot...both guns have taught me patience and aiming carefully
