Planning a trip to visit family and trying to figure out the best route. I'd like to bring a firearm with me, but I know going through New York State can get complicated. Skirting around NY would add a ton of extra drive time, so I'm stuck weighing my options. Has anyone else faced this issue? What did you end up deciding? I'm open to any suggestions or tips on how to navigate this.
