What's your go-to bait for ice fishing?

I got into ice fishing after a buddy invited me out a couple winters ago. My portable shanty and flasher are ready, but I'm debating a manual vs. electric auger.
Small jigs have been money for panfish. I'm curious what gear keeps you warm out there. What's your go-to bait for ice fishing?
 
I use 1/16 oz tungsten jigs tipped with wax worms for crappie. They drop fast and glow under ice. A battery-heated vest keeps me warm all day. Manual augers are fine if you are not drilling tons of holes.
 
I got hooked the same way man. I stick with an electric auger now, way easier on the arms and for warmth, good boots and a propane heater save the day. Wax worms are my go-to bait for panfish every time
